Hand a record to an agent
Research, outreach and logging, done for you.
The CRM is not only a filing cabinet. You can hand a record to your team.
Steps
- Open an account or a deal.
- Ask your Chief of Staff to work it — "research this account and draft an approach", or "this deal has gone quiet, what should we do".
- Agents research the account, draft outreach, and log what they did back onto the record.
- Drafts wait in Tasks.
You're done when the record shows agent-logged activity and a draft is waiting.
Why logging back matters
Work that happens off the record may as well not have happened — the next person, human or agent, cannot see it. Agents log to the record so the history stays complete and the next draft builds on the last one.
Gotchas
- Research is bounded by what is verifiable. An agent that cannot find a reason says so rather than inventing one.
- A thin record produces a thin approach. Fill the account in first if it is empty.
