Beta Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Beta Terms
By accessing or using the Foreman platform during the open beta period ("Beta Service"), you agree to be bound by these Beta Terms of Service. You accept them by checking the acceptance box and completing registration, and again if we require re-acceptance of a material change.
Relationship to the standard Terms. These Beta Terms supplement, and where they conflict prevail over, our Terms of Service while the Service is in open beta. All provisions of the Terms of Service that these Beta Terms do not change — including Eligibility (United States residents age 18 or older), Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and the Automatic Renewal disclosures — remain in full effect. The Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy also apply during the beta.
2. Beta Access
The Beta Service is publicly available to eligible U.S. adults. You may not share account credentials or allow an unauthorized person to use your account. We may suspend or terminate beta access as provided in the Terms of Service.
3. Service Description
Foreman provides a multi-tenant AI agent orchestration platform designed to augment your business team. During the beta, you will have access to experimental features, AI models, and integrations that are still undergoing active testing and validation.
4. Limitations & Disclaimers
The Beta Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Because the Service utilizes generative AI:
- Not for Regulated Use: The Service is not approved for high-risk, safety-critical, or heavily regulated environments without strict human oversight.
- Human Review Required: All AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by a qualified human before being used in production, sent to clients, or relied upon for business decisions.
- No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
5. Service Availability
As a Beta Service, the platform may experience scheduled and unscheduled downtime, latency, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during open beta. We protect and retain workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA; beta status does not authorize undisclosed data resets.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the prompts, business context, and files you upload to the Beta Service. Foreman retains all rights to the underlying orchestration logic, system prompts, and platform infrastructure. You grant Foreman a license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating the Beta Service.
7. Privacy and AI Data Use
Your use of the Beta Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Consistent with that policy (see "AI & Data Use"): we do not use your content — your prompts, uploaded files, business data, or deliverables — to train or fine-tune AI models. During the beta, our engineering team may review de-identified operational data about how tasks are executed — such as usage metrics, error traces, and routing outcomes, with your identifiers and proprietary content removed — to improve system reliability and the quality of how agents do their jobs. Prompts sent to third-party model providers are governed by those providers' own terms, for which Foreman is not responsible.
8. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing use of the Beta Service and requesting deletion of your data. You can submit a verified deletion request from Settings → Privacy, or contact us to close your workspace. Deletion follows the single retention schedule in the Privacy Policy (Data Retention & Deletion): active workspace and account data are deleted within 45 days of a verified deletion request or account closure, and backup copies are purged within 30 days thereafter, except where longer retention is required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Beta Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance via email or an in-app notice and require your explicit re-acceptance through the in-app acceptance flow before continued use of the Beta Service.
10. Contact Us
