AI Output Disclaimer
1. Nature of Generative AI
Foreman relies on large language models (LLMs) and probabilistic generative AI to orchestrate agents, analyze data, and produce deliverables. By its fundamental nature, generative AI is designed to predict text patterns rather than retrieve deterministic facts.
2. Verification Responsibility
All AI-generated outputs, including briefs, plans, code snippets, and research summaries, must be thoroughly reviewed and verified by a qualified human before being relied upon for business operations, client delivery, or public distribution.
Where you pre-authorize agents to take actions on your behalf ("standing write grants," defined in Terms of Service Section 7.5 and constrained by the Acceptable Use Policy), that authorization constitutes your acceptance of responsibility for those actions in place of per-output review. Payment actions are never executed autonomously.
The platform may confidently generate plausible but factually incorrect information (commonly known as "hallucinations"). It may misinterpret instructions, fail to weigh contradicting data properly, or apply flawed logic to complex problems. AI-generated output should not be relied upon without independent verification. You assume responsibility for the accuracy and applicability of any output you choose to use.
3. No Professional Advice
Foreman is an operational assistant, not a substitute for licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified professionals. Specifically, Foreman does not provide:
- Legal Counsel: Agents cannot draft binding contracts, interpret laws, or provide legal strategy. Any legal templates generated must be reviewed by your attorney.
- Financial or Tax Advice: Agents cannot provide tax filing instructions, investment guidance, or certified accounting data.
- Medical Advice: The system must never be used to diagnose, treat, or advise on health or medical conditions.
- Engineering Certification: Architectural plans, load-bearing code calculations, or infrastructural system designs generated by the agents carry no warranty of safety or viability.
4. Limitation of Liability for Outputs
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreman and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your reliance on an AI-generated output. Your decision to execute a strategy, publish content, or utilize code generated by Foreman is at your own operational risk. All liability limitations, exclusions, caps, and non-waivable rights are governed by — and do not exceed — the Terms of Service.
Foreman uses third-party model providers to generate outputs. The allocation of responsibility between Foreman and those providers is governed by our agreements with them and does not reduce whatever rights you have against Foreman under the Terms of Service. Nothing here directs your remedy to a model provider instead of Foreman.
5. Your Content and Model Training
We do not use your content — your prompts, uploaded files, business data, or deliverables — to train or fine-tune AI models. We do use de-identified operational data about how tasks are performed to improve the Service. This is described in full in the Privacy Policy (AI & Data Use).
