No — and that's a real difference. Most AI tools send the same canned, robotic-sounding messages. Foreman learns how you actually write and replies in your own voice for personal emails and messages, and in your chosen brand voice for marketing. What goes out sounds like you, not a template.

Either way works. If you haven't set up your own AI provider accounts, let Foreman handle it — it routes each task to the right model automatically, nothing to configure. If you already use a provider like ChatGPT or Claude and want to bring that account, connect your key in Settings (this is "bring your own key," or BYOK) and Foreman uses it. Advanced users can control which models are used under Providers.

What happens if I run out of free usage?

You can still chat within your free monthly allowance. Running objectives and tasks requires a paid plan — bringing your own API key covers your AI costs but doesn't unlock execution on its own. Nothing shuts off without warning, and your remaining usage is always in Settings.
