All information on the platform is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information or Deliverable generated by the Service.
2. AI-Generated Content
Foreman utilizes advanced artificial intelligence systems to orchestrate tasks and generate Deliverables. Due to the probabilistic nature of large language models, the Service may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). Users must exercise independent judgment and review all AI-generated content before relying upon it for critical business decisions.
All content generated by Foreman's AI agents requires human review before reliance. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
3. No Professional Advice
The Deliverables, reports, and recommendations generated by the Foreman platform do not constitute professional advice. This includes, but is not limited to, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Even when utilizing specific functional agents (e.g., Risk & Legal Chief, Finance Specialist), the output must be reviewed by qualified human professionals before execution.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to, or integrate directly with, third-party websites, applications, APIs, and Large Language Models. Such third-party integrations are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information offered by third-party services.
5. BYOK Disclaimer
If you choose to use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality, you connect a provider under your own account and agreement with that provider. Because that inference happens under your direct relationship with the provider, Foreman is not responsible for unexpected costs, rate limiting, model deprecation, or incidents occurring on that provider's infrastructure, and you are responsible for securing your API keys. This allocation is between you and Foreman and does not limit any rights you may have against your BYOK provider under your agreement with them.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to provide a persistent AI team, Foreman does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet, electronic communications, and third-party AI provider outages. We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreman is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility. The exclusions, liability cap, and non-waivable rights in the Terms of Service control.
8. Indemnification
By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foreman and its employees, directors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Disclaimer or the platform's Terms of Service.
