Connect Slack and social
Team chat and social messages in the same inbox.
Email is not the only place people reach you.

Steps
- Inbox → Connect a channel.
- Choose the platform and complete its consent flow.
- Confirm messages arrive.
You're done when a message sent to that channel appears in the Inbox.
Slack, twice over
Slack appears in two places and they are different things:
- Here, as an inbound channel — Slack conversations arrive in your Inbox.
- In Chat, as a binding to your Chief of Staff — you brief Foreman from Slack.
You can use either, or both.
Gotchas
- Social channels depend on platform approval, which is per account and not instant.
- Connecting a shared Slack brings in a lot. Use routing rules rather than triaging everything by hand.
